Ink789 was born from a simple observation: many Malaysian players looking for an online entertainment platform were forced to use foreign platforms that did not understand local needs. Interfaces in unfamiliar languages, irrelevant payment methods, different currencies and no Bahasa Melayu support — all of that made the experience far from enjoyable. We are here to change that.
Ink789 was built from the ground up with one clear vision: to be the most comfortable, most fair and most complete online entertainment platform for Malaysian players. Every decision we make — from interface design to deposit method options — is filtered through the same question: "Is this the best for our Malaysian players?" If the answer is no, we start over.
Today, ink789 delivers a comprehensive entertainment experience spanning Live Casino with real dealers, baccarat across multi-limit tables, classic table games such as blackjack and roulette, Sports Betting covering everything from the Malaysia Super League to the EPL and NBA, and an e-sports section featuring Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, CS2, and more — all accessible through one account, one balance, one platform.
We understand that trust is not freely given — it has to be earned through action, not words. That is why ink789 prioritises transparency in every aspect of our operations. Payout rates are published openly. Bonus terms are written clearly with no hidden conditions. Fast, reliable withdrawals are the standard, not the exception. And when issues arise, our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in Bahasa Melayu.
The name ink789 is more than a brand — it reflects who we are. "ink" represents permanence and individuality, like ink that leaves a lasting impression. "789" carries auspicious meaning in Southeast Asian culture, embodying the positive spirit we bring to every interaction with our members. Together, ink789 is our promise to deliver meaningful, worthwhile experiences to every Malaysian player who places their trust in us.
Throughout our growth, ink789 has gone through several major phases of improvement. From a basic platform offering only a handful of game categories, we have built a technology infrastructure capable of supporting hundreds of thousands of concurrent players without disruption. Our VIP Programme, which started as a simple points system, has since grown into a comprehensive rewards ecosystem with four privilege tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each offering distinct and meaningful benefits.
We also take Responsible Gaming seriously. ink789 provides a comprehensive suite of self-control tools, including daily and weekly deposit limits, a temporary break feature, self-adjustable betting limits, and easy access to support resources. We believe a good entertainment platform not only delivers enjoyment but also looks after the long-term well-being of its users.
Community is at the heart of ink789. Thousands of players from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Ipoh, Kota Bharu and every corner of Malaysia come together daily to enjoy a wide range of entertainment on one platform that truly understands them. We keep listening to member feedback, refining the experience and adding features that are genuinely needed. The ink789 journey is far from over — and we cannot wait to keep growing alongside the Malaysian community we care deeply about.
