One topic that keeps coming up in Malaysia's online casino community is whether digital casino games can actually be trusted — are the results genuinely random? It's a fair question, and the answer depends entirely on the platform you choose. At ink789, we cut through that doubt in the most straightforward way possible: we bring you real human dealers you can see, hear and interact with live via HD video stream.
The Live Casino at ink789 operates from studios equipped with multi-angle cameras, professional lighting and gaming tables identical to those found in a first-class physical casino. Every card flipped, every dice rolled, every roulette wheel spun — it all happens right in front of you, in real time. No pre-recorded animations, no computer simulations. This is a real casino — just accessed from your mobile phone or computer, right here in Malaysia.
The most popular game at ink789 Live Casino is Live Baccarat — which comes as no surprise, given that baccarat is the most-played casino game in Southeast Asia, Malaysia included. At ink789, we offer more than eight live baccarat variants, ranging from mini tables with bets as low as RM5 suited for beginners, to Diamond VIP suites with limits up to RM200,000 for high-stakes players. Every table comes with a live-updated Road Map display, letting you analyse previous result patterns as the game unfolds.
Live Blackjack at ink789 is the closest experience you can get to sitting at a physical casino table. Each table seats up to seven players simultaneously, and you can interact with the dealer through a live chat panel throughout the game. Our dealers are trained to communicate in a friendly manner — and some of them do speak Bahasa Malaysia, making the experience all the more comfortable for local players.
For those looking for something more entertaining and light-hearted, Casino Game Shows like Dream Catcher and Crazy Time offer a completely different kind of experience. Picture an interactive TV show — a charismatic host running the game with high energy while a giant wheel spins and thousands of players across Malaysia join in at the same time. Winnings can reach up to 20,000x multipliers in certain mini-games — that's not something you'll easily find on other platforms.
Security and fairness are at the core of ink789 Live Casino. All video feeds are transmitted through 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring no third party can intercept the stream or manipulate outcomes. Our internal audit system logs every hand, every spin, and every dealer interaction — all of which can be reviewed through the game history section of your account. You can check the results of any game played up to three months ago, whenever you need to.
For deposits, ink789 supports all major Malaysian payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). The minimum deposit is just RM10 and processing is typically completed within seconds. Live Casino winnings withdrawals are processed quickly — regular members wait no longer than 30 minutes, while VIP Gold members and above receive payment within 5 minutes. Everything is in MYR with no foreign exchange fees.
The ink789 Live Casino experience is also fully mobile-friendly. The interface is optimised for Android and iOS screens — complete with multi-camera view, live chat and betting buttons that are easy to tap even on the go. A 4G connection is sufficient for smooth 720p video streaming. For the best experience, we recommend a WiFi or 5G connection for full 1080p quality.
For new players who have never tried a live casino before, ink789 provides an interactive guide that appears the first time you enter each table — walking you through how to place bets, how to communicate with the dealer, and what special features are available. No feeling lost or confused — we make sure every Malaysian player can enjoy the experience without any barriers.
All your Live Casino activity — including game history, betting records, and personal information — is handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your data is never shared with any third party without your explicit consent.

Real experiences from loyal members across Malaysia
"I've tried a few online casino platforms, but ink789 is genuinely different. The video quality is crystal clear — you can see every card the dealer flips without any guesswork. What really stood out was having a dealer who could speak a bit of Malay. Won RM11,400 at Live Blackjack last Friday night, and it hit my Maybank account in under 8 minutes."
"Crazy Time on ink789 is absolutely insane — in the best way! The host brings so much energy, and that giant wheel really gets your heart racing. Deposited RM50 via TNG on my first try, and within 3 hours I'd won RM680 from Dream Catcher. The daily rebate helps too — there's always something coming back into your account even on a slow day."
"I use ink789's multi-table feature — running Live Baccarat and Dragon Tiger at the same time. It's a much more efficient use of my time, and my VIP points stack up twice as fast. Their customer support also responded within two minutes when I had a technical issue. The most stable platform I've ever used."
