See how many points it takes to reach each tier
If you've played on other online casino platforms, you may have felt that their VIP programs exist in name only — points that are hard to earn, rewards that aren't worth the effort, and tier upgrades that take years. At ink789, we built our VIP Rewards Program differently: every bet you place, regardless of the amount or game type, earns points automatically. No special registration, no hidden conditions.
Ink789's four-tier system — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — is designed to ensure every player can experience real VIP benefits within a reasonable timeframe. New members automatically start their journey at Silver tier upon registration. With an accumulation rate of 100 points for every RM100 wagered across most games, reaching Gold requires just RM5,000 in cumulative bets — an amount active players can achieve within a few weeks.
The daily rebate is one of the most popular rewards among ink789 VIP members. Unlike cashback that's only paid out at the end of the week or month, ink789's rebate is calculated daily and credited directly to your account every day. Silver members receive a 0.3% rebate, Gold 0.5%, Platinum 0.8%, and Diamond up to 1.5% of net wagers. For players who are active on baccarat or Live Casino, this can add up to a meaningful sum by the end of the month.
The benefit Malaysian players value most upon reaching Platinum and above is the personal account manager. This isn't just an extra number to call — your account manager understands your playing style and preferences, offers tailored bonuses, prioritises your withdrawals, and makes sure every session runs smoothly. If you have a special request or want to discuss VIP table betting limits, your account manager is your first point of contact.
For Diamond members, the ink789 VIP experience truly exceeds expectations. Withdrawals are processed in as little as three minutes to your TNG eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, or FPX account — no long wait times, even when withdrawing RM100,000. Betting limits are among the highest in Malaysia, with exclusive private tables for baccarat and blackjack accessible only to Diamond members. Personalised bonuses, lavish birthday gifts, and invitations to exclusive events also await you at this tier.
Point accumulation at ink789 works across all game types. Playing Live Baccarat? You earn 120 points per RM100 wagered — 20% higher than the standard rate. Betting on the Malaysia Super League or EPL in the Sports Betting section? You still rack up VIP Points. Trying your luck in e-sports with titles like Mobile Legends or FIFA? Points accumulate there too. This all-inclusive approach means players who enjoy a variety of games at ink789 build up points faster than those who stick to just one game type.
Every Thursday, Platinum and Diamond members enjoy a Double Points promotion — every bet earns twice the usual points. So if you'd normally earn 100 points from an RM100 baccarat bet, on Thursdays you get 200 points instead. For players who plan their game strategy, this is a real opportunity to accelerate your tier upgrade or accumulate points for cash redemption much faster.
The ink789 VIP program also celebrates the special moments in its members' lives. Exclusive birthday bonuses are given to all Gold and above members during their birth month — and the value scales with your VIP tier. During Malaysian public holidays such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri, National Day, and Malaysia Day, ink789 launches special VIP promotions with double rewards and exclusive prizes not available to regular members.
Your VIP Points never expire as long as your account remains active. Redeem 1,000 points for RM10 cash, credited instantly to your game balance — ready to use on any game or withdraw right away. The redemption process is straightforward and fully self-service through the "VIP Points" section in your account, no need to contact customer support.
Your VIP membership data, points history, and rewards information are processed in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your VIP records are strictly confidential and fully protected.

Real experiences from players who have benefited from our VIP program
"I'd been playing at ink789 for nearly a year before reaching Diamond. Honestly, it wasn't that hard with consistent play. The difference at Diamond is very real — I withdrew RM30,000 last week and it hit my TNG in 4 minutes. My account manager also helped me arrange bonuses for this month. Definitely worth working up to this tier."
"The daily rebate is hands down my favourite thing about ink789. There's money coming in every morning — even on nights when I'm down a little, that 0.8% rebate helps offset some of the losses. I make full use of the double points every Thursday too. This month I'm close to hitting the Diamond threshold and I can't wait to see the difference."
"Just two months in at ink789 and I've already hit Gold VIP. The 15-minute Gold withdrawal is a game-changer — I've waited two days on other platforms. Got a RM150 bonus credit for my birthday last August, which was a really pleasant surprise. Aiming for Platinum before the end of the year."
