Terms & Conditions ink789 – Platform Rules & Policy Malaysia

To register for and use the ink789 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ink789 has a zero-tolerance policy towards underage registration and reserves the right to close accounts and withhold winnings if a breach of this age requirement is established.
• You must register only one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and email address — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ink789 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your own negligence.
• Each account is personal and non-transferable to another individual.

Ink789 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Our platform is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment for all members.

All financial transactions at ink789 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods are:

Ink789 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover (Turnover) Requirement: Every bonus received must meet the rollover requirement specified in its bonus terms before a withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier — for example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must wager a total of RM1,000 before that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Any bonus that is unused or whose rollover requirement is not met within that period will expire and be automatically deducted from the account balance.

• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, ink789 reserves the right to void the affected round or game and return the original stake to your account. Winnings that had not been confirmed prior to the disruption will not be credited.

• E-Sports: Esports betting on Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, CS2, Valorant, and other titles is governed by the specific rules of each title. If a match is cancelled by the organiser before completion, ink789 will follow the official ruling of the relevant organiser.

• Actions that threaten the security or integrity of the platform

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, all bonuses, promotional credits, and winnings obtained through conduct that violates these Terms may be forfeited in full. For legitimate deposit balances, ink789 will return the relevant amount once the investigation is concluded.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, please ensure all funds have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance will be inaccessible once the account is closed, except through a formal claims process.
